RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Because MohRa products are made especially for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the product description and size information carefully before ordering.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at [support email] within 30 days after delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the item and the issue
• A photograph of the package and shipping label, when applicable
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Customers should not return products without first contacting us and receiving instructions.
SIZE AND FIT
Our oversized T-shirts are intentionally designed with a relaxed, boxy fit. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. We cannot offer free replacements, returns, or refunds when an incorrect size is ordered.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Orders enter production shortly after they are submitted. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or change. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after production begins.
LOST PACKAGES
If an order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us as soon as possible. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost in transit.
