SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

MohRa products are made to order. Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Production time is separate from transit time and may be longer during holidays, product shortages, or periods of high demand.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Rates depend on the destination and products ordered.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After production, estimated standard shipping times are:

• United States: approximately 3–6 business days
• Canada: approximately 3–10 business days
• United Kingdom: approximately 4–8 business days
• European Union: approximately 4–10 business days
• Other international destinations: approximately 7–20 business days 

These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking may require up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once production or shipment begins, we may be unable to change the address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and your local delivery office before contacting us.

Claims for packages believed to be lost must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Contact us at [support email] and include your order number.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Products in the same order may sometimes be produced or shipped from different facilities and arrive in separate packages. Separate tracking information may be provided.
